Surnames of my Husband

My husband's family lines go back to 1650 in Rowley, Massachusetts.  He has a strong English line along with a strong German line.  There is a little bit of Scotch thrown in for good measure.  His surnames are:  CHENEY, BLANCHETT, STICKNEY, STINEMAN, FERGUSON, SPIEGEL, and others.
